Rs.60/- has erroneously been charged to me on account of cancellation of journey. I nor booked neither cancelled taxi on 23/10/16. I asked to driver only for advance booking on 28/10/16. I actually performed journey on 28/10/16 for rs.194/- instead of 254/-. Hence, rs.60/- may please be refunded & to avoid unnecessary correspondence made with your company. You are also arrange to provide full particulars of pio of your company for further requisite action

My dad and grandmother had a train this morning to Howrah. So i signed in Uber and requested Ubergo ride from my place Mission road to go to Cuttack Railway Station on March 24th. It said "Your Uber is on the way." There was this driver details showing on the bottom of the screen.So i contacted him and asked him to come to the exact location. His first question was "Where you want to go" . I told him and he is like i dont know where is Mission Road and asked me to cancel the ride. i cancelled it and again booked a ride.Again his number was showing. So i contacted him again and he said I am very far from the pickup location so you must try contacting an uber driver who is nearby.
this is too much. further on i wont be booking uber to go anywhere. i am posting that driver s number here and i want you to take strict action against him.
