UBER BILLING ISSUES.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday i took a ride from uber which was to cost 484/- for the ride, however, Uber charged me 1156/-rs for the ride and they deduct this amount whithout asking this from me. This was very misleading and at night arround 2am i had to suffer due to this because us Uber unstructed behavior.

I booked an uberpool from Noida sec-99 to sec- 18. As i had booked a pool cab the fare shown to me was rs 49 only. The driver's net was not working properly so he was having provlem with his navigation system . After my pickup there was another pickup of a lady and he was having the same navigation problem with that trip also so i helped him in finding the way.
