Recently on 2nd oct. I ordered pendrive on snapdeal. But udfashion delivered otg connection kit on 4th without any prior sms or phone to me. As i was not present my mom took the courier and gave 700 to that person. When i opened the pouch it was otg kit. Now i am trying to contact on given customer care no. But it is showing wrong number. It is also not showing snapdeal batch or name. It means they r tracking cod orders and reach with different...

We received a packet from udfashion said to content a powerbank with cod of rs 999. We payed the amount to courier agency assuming that any one of our family members had ordered for the same later on we came to know that no such order had been placed by us. Kindly arrange to refund the amount and we will return the packet. Please do the needful at the earlier
