After i send for scarlet courier charges 52, 220 rupees in prabhat agrwal account in state bank...

i have been disturbed by this lottery agent from 3 weeks. I have given him around 90,000 rupees as delivery charges and he still wants 30,000 rupees more. i m afraid of being cheated. plz help me to get my money back anyway. these r there emails :
