i purchased a UMAX EXTERNAL TV TUNNER CARD on 12 August 2012 from wazirpur new delhi. when i reach @ home found it faulty. on 13 august 2012 i went to the shopkeeper . he sent me umax service center and deposited tv tuner card for one week and i got it back on 20 august 2012. at home i found still it is faulty. on 27 august 2012 i again deposited it to umax service center in wazirpur since then i am not recieved my tv tuner card back. i made...
