I was order my mobile phone of vobizen and i will pay rs. 614 through paytm on 22 april 2017 and company send me my payment confirmation on my mail address and sure that my order no. 137329 will deliver to me between 29 to 45 days but i have not received my order. I already mail to this company about my product but no response from there side. I already called to customer care no. But not respond from there side. Please take action against...

I had made an order for the vobize wise5 phone, and payment was made with reference my order no. #37857on 14.02.2017 via paytm.
I have not got my phone as on today. Regarding the same i had called and tried to mail for complain [protected]@vobizenmobiles.com but no replay. For your referance.

I have on-line booked Vobizen Wise-5 Grey mobile and my order number was 12194. Rs 615/- was transferred/deposited on 9.1.2017 through "CHILLR" app from my HDFC a/c No. XXXXXX514 in the Unikoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd - HDFC BANK a/c No.[protected], Sort Code No. HDFC 00000031. The ID was[protected]. But neither I have received confirmation of payment nor the said company has supplied mobile phone as yet.
