14.3.21 tata sky service stopped by you than we are complain service start, this is wrong commitment, your representative wrong commitment that fire stick not compulsory pay monthly recharge,

Your sales associate Shantanu sharma give me wrong information about the Tata sky connection and booked the connection... But I don't installed the connection and cancel the connection.I m talk to the Shantanu Sharma for this matter.he told me I may provide your ammount of 2404 refund back...but after 10days my money is not refund and Shantanu Sharma don't pick my phone.
Please solve my problem as soon as you can possible....

I have got a call from a guy name vikram singh on 20 th june. He was a sales executive o[censored]nisyn jaipur. Unisyn is a authorised reseller of tatasky.
He sold me new connection with false commitment where he told me that i will get three months recharge with this connection.
So far it is already 20 days passed and i didn't get promised recharge.

I have booked one tatasky connection vide application no 277186 dated 27.09.2018 through representative mr. Manroop. He has promised that i will get one holiday voucher.
