A continuous garbage dumping is on since past 2 years in front of unitech horizon society of sector pi2 greater noida and no action has been taken since then to nab the culprits. This dump has created a threat to general health of residents by making infected flies and mosquitos reach to our flats easily. Harrassment of Residents on Maintenance Charges

I had taken possession of my flat (Customer Code UZ0504) in Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida on 23rd Oct 2010. However, Unitech charged me the advance society maintenance charges from 1st Oct 2010 to 15th Dec 2011.
Despite repeated reminders, they are not willingly to refund back the surplus maintenance charges taken from 1st Oct to 22nd Oct 2010. Request you to please intervene and stop the harassment of the innocent residents...

Delay by over 5 years
I had booked an apartment (No 801, Tower 14) in Unitech Horizon, Greater Noida, in 2006 by making 100% payment and the possession was to be given in two years as per the agreement.
