I have shifted to South city 2 b block, when I take my house hold things during shifting, few person who are saying themselves as security guard is not allowing me to enter, they use foul language and harassing us, and there president also involved with them.
I am just trying to understand how someone can stop me to enter in my house, and why I need permission from someone to enter my house, the so called person who was representing...

Parul, the new president of A block, South city 2, gurgaon, has been behaving badly with the people of A block since the day she won the president seat. She just yells all the time on workers, sweepers, and residents for no reason. She keeps forcing her rules on us. If somebody go against her, she started black mailing us by saying that she is the president of A block and so if noone follows her she will not let anybody to use facilities...

I bought a builders floor in Unitech South City 2 in sector 50 Gurgaon in August 2011. Possesion is due in October 2013 however at this very moment the project hasn't even started. I have been advised by Unitech staff that due unauthorised settlement of some villagers on the land, the project is unlikely to commence in foreseeable future. They are now proposing a swap at terms which i believe are in their favour and this is not acceptable...
