Contact no on bill [protected], is fake and that of azhar [protected] is always out of network area, once did he picked up the phone and immediately switched it off. We rang lg help line taking number from google, we called up, they replied as lg service center, they took complaint like topical company people and said technician will call, immidietly a person called and few hrs person called and visited. He said he needs to take machine to work shop, they took it and returned in two days charged rs 8000/-. Later when we used the machine the complaint persisted, when we called up universal number it says...

This people charged 7250rs for washing machine pumping motor and put some motor and took the original motor and has not returned since then nor receiving calls.

I have searched on Google typing whirlpool washing machine service Bangalore . A call came to me claiming that they were calling from whirlpool customer care and they sent a guy. That came he checked the machine and told that motor, timer has gone so need to take away the machine to their service center, even they charged 8000 for this. We called ifb service center and this person from universal services came for service and said drum is damaged and charged 7450 including consultation charges, but the washing machine is still having same problem nothing is replaced but has given warranty for 4yrs, the contact number for company is always switched off and technician rehan is not responding to the calls. I had got my washing machine serviced and within 2 months facing the same issue again. I have been trying to get connected with someone since last 1 month. I got an engineer who can home after 3 weeks checked the machine and said someone will call you for the replacement. I have written several emails to universal services and have not yet received any response.
Pathetic customer service...

I was checking for lg service and a technician from universal services called us saying they are tie up with lg service and so we accepted them to visit for the machine repair.
They charged us 8000 /- for outer body replacement and drain motor repair. Immediately after they replaced we checked the machine and it is not working.
They didnot fix the problem, they simply took with them and gave back the same machine without fixing....

Called the ifb customer care regarding the dishwasher not working. They sent a technician who told me that it was an internal wiring problem & needs to be taken to service centre. I was then told that the motor also burnt & so needs replacement. I was charged rs11560. It worked fine for 3 days after which i did not use till last week. I had the same problem. We complaint about the malfunctioning of our IFB washing machine and we got a call from engineer from universal services he came and checked the machine and taken 3700 INR and told me that the machine has been fixed but when i checked it there was no change in the machine but when i tried to call the engineer then he was not responding my calls and not i have lost my money and again there is no fix in the machine....
