My name is mohammad shahzad and my registration number: [protected]. I was apply for the up scholarship my all paper is correct and also it is successfully verify then ever my scholarship why not come. When ever i am going to my scholarship status then it shows only blank page on scholarship portal. Why?. Really i need help. I have not sufficient money that will pay of college fee. So please please help me....

our scholarship which are provided by u.p. gov. not provided to me .
& when Im going to our college scholarship cell then he told me that when samajkalayan give it our college then we provided to you . & when we are going to samajkalayan for know about scholarship...
