I two times complaint to bharat gas through online complaint no - 446605 & complaint no-459423 regarding reverse from none subsidy in lpg to subsidy category. I have opted out of subsidy by mistake through online when i was trying to join dbtl. Click the wrong option by mistake. But now i want to get subsidy and join dtbl. Now when i want to join dtbl online through it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy please...

We are not getting any cylinder in spite booking it thorugh the IVR system you have launched . Also we try to reach your contact numbers but no person picks the phone, always busy tone. We have finished our cylinder from last week and we are managing food from outside. My family members are not getting food on proper time due to this . I am common man of India but will show the power of the common man .I will surely escalate your Agency...
