USHA Ceiling Fan Complaints & Reviews
I bought Usha ceiling fan just 1 1/2 yrs before from chinraj electrical, chikpet, Bangalore.
Now fans motor is not working, it's been more than 2 weeks we raised complaint but no proper response.. every time customer care will say that problem will be rectified in 48 hrs, 24 hrs so on.. no action has been taken from service side.. it's the worst service which I have ever seen..
Please don't buy usha fans.. go for some other...

Noise in fan and breaking of the cover
Since i bought a Usha Opera fan in Feb 09, i have had repeated problems e.g. noise in the fan and the bottom cap breaking. Even after repeated complaints the problem has not been resolved. I would like a replacement unit from Usha Company who are reputed for their quality.
All complaints would be registered and details could be available from their service centre.

Fan stop working within warranty period

I have purchased 4 numbers o[censored]SHA Ceiling Fan; 3 for my office and 1 for my home in March '08. But my personal one stop working since 21st June '09 and communicated to the shop kipper. He sent one electrician and he found that the coil of the fan have problem and its require repairing. He had taken the fan to the shop along with the warranty card for repairing on 22nd June '09.
