Excessive money debited of Rs.5000

Excessive money debited from UTI mutual fund of Rs.5000.
Customer care not giving proper answers about the deadline for money refund in my bank account.
Attached reference communication with UTI MF.
Please resolve this to credit the Rs.5000 in my bank account.

request for detailed portfolio statements of lost documents

Dear sir,
My self, chaitanya kumar tripathy and other 3 of my family members namely sukanti tripathy (Wife), anita tripathy (Daughter) and amit kumar tripathy are investors in your uti fund house for more than 25 yrs. Our first investment with you may be master plus 1991.
Earlier my financial adviser was mr. Manoranjan nath, who has already died. Due to white ants all my documents of investments have been damaged and lost....

Non-receipt of Dividend Cheque

I hold UTI - Select Index MF. I received an cheque for dividend payout on 14th Jan 2008. As I was out of station the cheque expired. Hence I requested UTIMF/Karvy to resend me a cheque. I had called many times to Karvy Hyderabad regarding this issue, people just used to transfer calls finally connected back to the receptionist .Then recently I mailed to UTIMF customer care, I was assured that I would be getting the cheque in 7 days. Unscheduled date of SIP getting bounced and being charged to me

I am holding two SIP, Rs. 3000 each in two diffrent mutual Funds. This is holding an ECS clearing from my bank account. The ECS clearing is unscheduled on its withdraw date and time due insufficient balance in my bank account it got bounced and get charged for the same. If I would be knowing my date of withdraw then it is easy for me to have the bank balance at that time but its unfortunate that there is no communication being done by UTI...
