the premium rs.10000/- paid is not reflected

I have paid rs.10000/- against uti ulip last premium due on 01.10.2018 through j&k bank atm card. The amount is deducted but it is not reflected in the uti ulip statement.
The amount also not returned into my account. I could not able to contact the uti ulip by mail or by phone.
Is the amount is adjusted to the premium or not. The pol. No. O[censored]ti ulip is[protected].
Please help me.

UL[protected] I have requested ulip statement for this membership no. But uti officials are circulating the mails themselves instead of sending the statement ( a pdf document). As I am not able to go to their office, i had requested to send the same by email
