The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Pan card Not recieved
dear sir/madam,
I have applied for PAN Card four months back. I checked the status of PAN card from UTIISL website. My PA Number is AHKPN8400G. When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despatched . I checked here in my post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I have very urgent requirement of pan card. Hoping for a quick response.
My another complain is nobody is picking...

When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despached on 30/04/2008 by UCP. The consignment/UCP no is PO12972963. I checked here in the post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I am leaving from this place in next month. Hoping for a quick...
