However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Change of communication address

I have earlier sent my application for change of my communication address along with the required application and supporting documents. However it seems that the said change is not not included in my portfolio resulting in non receiot of any correspondance from your end. Please make the necessary changes of my postal address as detailed below so that i can receive the the important documents without any details.

My UTI ULIP matured in December 2010 and I submitted the form for redemption with correct details of the bank etc. But they sent a cheque to my earlier address.Again I contacted the UTI office in Durgapur, West bengaland they suggested to fill new kyc details form.I did as per the instructions and submitted 2 months earlier. But still now I have not received any maturity amount in my account....

UTI ULIP and Karvy
My UTI ULIP matured in August 2008 and I promptly submitted the form for redemption with correct details of the bank etc. But I received a cheque with wrong Account Number. The UTI office in Jayanagar Bangalore suggest that I apply for re validation which I did as well. And thats it. No news of my cheque so far.It has been more than a month now. Calling up the UTI office every day in the morning has become as sacrosanct as my morning duties...
