My name is Renu Sharma, i was working in Utility Powertech Ltd, i worked there 5 years after that they give me a break of 1 months, and after that they appoint me but dont give any letter , and after doing 2 months job , they told me they that they cant do my job continue and there after they refuse me to come without intimation , and till now they dont give my balance salary & pf etc, can i go for consumer courtbr...
