So for I have not received pan card so number CBAPA7401C and disc patch through registered post so by mistakes of post man it not diliver to me
After track the pan card it is leaving in Mumbai

Sir,
I received my PAN card with No. BOMPK1030B but I returned the same in IT Office , Karimnagar two months back with a form duly filled and enclosed the PAN Card for changing of father's Name as BEERAIAH KANCHA instead of DEERAIAH KANCHA. This mistake has taken palce in the office of Card issued i.e. UTI office.
But till date I have not received the Original Card (mistake in Father's name) or Changed...

Extra Processing Fee Charged
The Shillong UTI PAN Application center (Polo market) charging Rs 150/- per application whereas the all India charge for the same is Rs 94/- per application. So please do the needful....
