My daughter Aarushi Tripathi has been allotted A PAN No. AGIPT6145M,but no PAN card . Inspite of all out efforts by me ,when at Kanpur, I could not succeed in getting the PAN card.She had applied on form 49A on 11/11/2007 with UTISL, KANPUR and stiill awaiting for the PAN card. Now the address has changed. I would like to request the relevant authorities to look into the matter and send the PAN card at the foolwing aaddress:-br...

i have applied for pan card on 21.01.2010 and have been alloted pan no.BMUPK0764N.
on checking the status of pan card on the site, it displays that the pan card has been delivered. but in fact it has not yet been delivered to me.
i, therefore, request u to take the matter into your kind consideration.

I have applied for Pan card on dt. 28.02.09 from IT service Centre Mandi - 4HPB 212.

Pan Card didn't receive
I had applied for my wife’s PAN card with the Coupon #[protected]. I verified the status on UTI portal and displayed as Dispatched on 7 march but till date I didn’t received her PAN CARD while pan # is displayed as ATBPM0004A. I had speed posted a letter to Income Tax Department to resend the card but all in vain. So please do the needful for the same....

PAN CARD No. "AVGPP0545C" Alloted to me against the coupon No.[protected] despatched dated 08-March-2008. Mentioned on the website.
But till date we have yet to receive the same.
Please guide me my next step.
Thus I request you to kindly take an immediate action in this regard.

Pan card not received
Dear sir,
I applied for Pan card on 6/5/08. I have not received the pan card yet. I enquired to utisl chennai branch. They did not respond properly. A mail was also sent by my husband to the mail id [protected]@utisl.co.in. There was no reply. I am facing a lot of difficulties without pan card. Please do needful.

This is Menika Rauthan, I had applied pan card in the month of 18 jan 2008. Application no. is[protected] and coupon no. is[protected]. but i have not received pan card so far. one month back one courier boy came my house and demandin 100/- rs . he was saying if you will pay 100/- rs then i will give you pan card. i refused and said return this card to deptt. then i spoken to pan division they did not give me any response...
