I had ordered one parcel from utsav suits on 7 June 2019 my order no is us[protected] . This parcel is delivered on 11 June 2019. After receiving this parcel I have checked but I got very cheap and disappointed clothing material .so I want to return this product and want my money back .so kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible .thanku...

Yesterday I got mail saying they will deduct 250rs and told me to courier the product to this address

But the refund will not be credited to the account itseems they will credit to their wallet itseems again who will use their product so kindly request you to help me in getting my complete amount to be refunded to my account.br...

I ordered a stitched suit from Utsav Suits but i received a semi stitched suit of very cheap quality.
I mailed to customer care as they dont have direct no. to talk, but not getting any response on Mail also.
Vaishali Shah replied in mail, once only about the product details, and I replied back with proper details and images.
Now, I am not getting any mail or phone call from them for the refund of the amount....

I had ordered a dress from utsavsuits.com. The dress i received was completely different from the one they'd shown on their website. When i raised a request to return it, they did not take the request and told me that the dress has to be damaged in order to return it. And they stopped responding after that. It's a fake website selling counterfeits. I spent more than 1600 on that dress. The one o received is not even worth 500!...

Inspite of continuous compliants, it has nothing to do with utsav suits

Received a mail yesterday saying that they can only refund rs.100 for the total amount paid rs.3600 and that too 100 will be credited in wallet which can be used in further purchase

Will i purchase from them again?

What about the money i paid to them?

Such a pathetic situation a customer is in india

I again got call from executive.
He asking me to share cvv
I told him to transfer the money to my wallet
Then he started asking my paytm password

Why should i share the password?

He is telling you do what ever u want

When i told him that do u want me to cheat again he said thank you

I think consumer forum is not serious about consumer concerns and company executives...

Upon filing of complaint in this forum, executive just called n told me that call is due to filing of lodging a compliant and he disconnected the phone
They are not at all bothered about the compliants raised here
They still send the mail stating product seems to be good
I have received 1000% different product than what i ordered
When they are ready not to give refund atleast they can make it clear in website...

Upon complaining in forum, i received a call yesterday to take back the complaint and the executive told me that money will be refunded

He asked me to share details of debit card including cvv

He said its government mandate to mention cvv for closing compliant n initiate refund

I denied to share cvv saying the same government mandates me also not to share cvv

Executive was rude n...

I have ordered two items from this website but the product which was not at all matching to pictures in the website not even 1% so please help me i getting refund for returning also they are not responding they don't even have call support or proper chat support.

The return policy says 3days to return but these people don't even mention the address to return they have to mail but after 2days only they will respond to the email....

I have ordered two suits from utsavsuits.com.

I think website also seems to be fraud
