Dear sir,
I, Gayatri Kulkarni have applied for the registration in U.P. state pharmacy council on date 06/01/2021, with the reqiured registration fee (Rs. 500, Serial no. 206852, book no. 2069)
But still i have not been registerd and not received any information regarding the cause in delay.
As it known to me that minimum time required is of only 3 months and it is almost 10 months since I have registered. Kindly...

I have applied for pharmacist registration in U.P. State pharmacy council last year (24th Oct.-2011). My details of registration application are- S. No.-51919, Book No.-520, Estd. No.-1956. I have been told that i should be getting my license in three months time. But its been more than 6 months now and i havent received any communication from them. The lucknow office phone no. mentioned on the PCI website doesnt work and nobody responds...
