Sir,
I am not selling house to Mr. jay bodh jha, he is make duplicate sign on the a on sale deed agreement . he is registered his name under property tax( by giving bribes)
if i regularly paying tax, to this department,

1. i don' t know how they allowed, take payment from two person, if same property
2. No Department officer come, inform this type of issue.
3. jay bodh jha tell me his name registered...

We are staying in a chawl at Nallasopara east, santosh bhavan, bhakti dham since 12 years and we are regularly paying property tax. We are going for repairing in house for that some officers coming from mahanagarpalika and demanding for permission and money. help me to out of the problem as we are not that much sound financially to pay money to them which is just for repairing the house without any extension and expansion in land in any way....
