I ordered a ghagra on vastra queen I was shocked to see the quality. It was terrible. This company is a scam artist trying to fool consumers. They show a different product at time of delivery deliver something else. Extremely disappointed...

I got the damaged product. also i sent it back through courier. but Vastraqueen is not initiating my money back. they are a big fraud.

Getting no response at all neither in whatsapp nor in email. i have provided the pictures of damaged part of the product as well as the receipt of courier....

I ordered an anarkali kurta set. But the item I got is defected whiching having serious stiching issues. I tried contacting customer care helpline number bit getting no response. Also, tried contacting them through WhatsApp, still getting no responses.
So I returned it back to the address on package. Let's see if I get my refund on time....

I ordered a saree which Janhvi Kapoor was wearing it. When the product arrived it was so disastrous. It was so bad quality and not worth for 2000. Now I want to return and refund but no customer support. Cant reach them on whatsapp or call. They are big frauds and how such online sites get permission to operate....

I bought anarkali suit of rs 1650 from vastra Queen.there was defect, I returned and bear the courier charges of rs 220.i continuosly called and asked for my product. After 15 days they confirmed that they got my product.now again, they are not responding to my calls or msgs.this is really frustrating.my money is with them and they don't reply. Such a cheap site.never buy anything from Vastra Queen.very bad experience....

I have ordered a shirt frm this site bt even after a lot of efforts they didn't deliver the item nor they refunded me the money... They also donot respond to my calls... I Jst want my refund... I have all the chats nd email regarding my order......

I had bought a dress from https://www.vastraqueen.com/. I didn't like the product so I planned to returned it. The customer care informed me to send it to the an address. I initiated the return via DTDC courier. The return was delivered successfully but, the customer care is denying it. The dress costs around INR 2000/-. After multiple calls, the customer care is now not answering my calls....
