This is biggest fraud online shopping website i order one product 1700 rs worth but they send very very cheap like 250 rs worth kurthi i don't like that quality and product also i return my self courier only they all are clums and doing fraud. And they fraud people refund there wallet only so again we buy the product in there website only forcefully. It's fake website...

I have ordered a lehenga from vastrova. Com. They have sent the product but it does not even cost half of the price I paid for it which is 1900. When I asked them to refund the money into my bank account they did not refund it to the bank account instead they credited the money into my account of vastrova wallet. They debited charges of 250 as a cancellation charge ndand transferred the remaining amount in to vastrova wallet. Now I gt a message...

Product delivered is not same as per the Product Display in the vastrova.com when asked for refund company claims that they will charge/deduct certain amount for refund and also saying that remaining amount should be transferred to wallet . and also i am insisted to do shop again in their website. i don't trust their company after receiving such a worst quality of material. Vastrova.com site is selling false clothes to customers and when we ask about refund they refund it in drapino or fastroly wallet which we are not able to use no providing any customer care numbor or not replying to mail. They are showing one type of dress in image and selling another i returned the item on their address then used to mail them continuosly then they send msg as they have refunded amount by deducting 250rs to the drapino wallet...

Booked a dress for my friend which i have received was very very poor quality and no response on returns. Mailed even to them no responds from them.
I have checked the reviews in google and there are so many complaints on the same company
Consumer compliants are more on this company zero action was taken on this company.
Plz take sever action on this firm to help all the customers and it is bluffing all the customers...

I order a ladies suit worth 1590 while at the time of collection they charged approx. 1800. Apart from this the product shown at site is of awesome quality but when originally received, it was very cheap worth rs. 250. I checked reviews after that and a lot of consumers are cheated by them.

Consumer court please help me to get my money back and close this fraud company. Your one strict action with help innocent people to save...

I have buy one product from vastrova, but the product which i received is different from the description what is written in product site. So i want to return that product but that company is refusing to process my return request by saying that they only return product if it is damaged. This website vastrova.com is online shopping website for apparels. It shows different products and delivers low quality products. Many of them have lost thousands of rupees including me.
They do not refund the amount and if they do they refund it in their company wallet which forces you to buy another low quality product.

This is fraud company without any contact number, just email id.

I placed an order in vastrova and paid an amount of 1900rs through my credit card. I was unhappy with the product which i received so i returned that by my self and i paid another 250rs for courier charges. Now vastrova had only returned 1670rs instead of 1900rs and that too in the form of vastrova wallet. I requested them to return in the form of my original payement mode & wrote couple of emails and they're not responding...

I ordered for a dress material and it was so cheap quality. When i am asking them to return they are charging me 200 rupees for no reason and also not returning the money. Thereafter they are going to refund it in their own wallet but no point using that money as i am sure all the products on their website are of similar quality. Extremely pathetic service...

I ordered salwar in vastrova site with 2016₹ With cash on delivery option. They send me 3rd class product, which costs around 250. I asked them to refund my amount back. For that what they are is we will cut courier charges as 250₹ and remaining amount will be transferred to your vastrova wallet.
