Are there any more people on the forum who, like me, have not got possession of their paid-for apartments at Vatika City Gurgaon. Also, Vatika has unilaterally and without remedy to the owner raised the base rate for the said apartments as well as for other variable cost services. This is grossly unfair and inappropriate and given the one-sidedness of the builder contract we can only act if we approach the Competition Commission/courts together,...

I had booked a flat in Vatika City Gurgaon in 2006 with the promise of delivery in 24 months.
We are into 2011 now and even now the Ixia block is unfinished . Not even lift is in place in the i block. Every time they say that it wil be done in 2 months... i wish to send a joint letter to their MD. Anyone with similar issue pls write to me at [protected]@hotmail.com...
