Gas was booked on 5th November 2011 but we have not received the cylinder till now ( as on 4th December 2011).
Status of booking says that gas booked till 7th november 2011 has been dispatched. But inspite of having booked much earlier , we have not received the cylinder still....

A new gas connection was booked in my son's name thro Vatsala agency, Virugambakkam, Chennai and my son Mr U.M. Sreenivas was asked to come for the connection on the 1st of April 2010. Inspite of his refusal, he was forced to take home a gas stove along with a lighter and other things and charged for the same. the next day when we went to enquire, the staff were arrogant and abusive and started to shout indecently.
