I purchased candes gyser last year which is under warranty. It stopped working from last few months. I raised service request for repair for gyser. After calling 10-20 times I got Complaint Number MH-C[protected] stating that resolution will be provided within 5-6 days. But, no calls from technician or customer service yet. I tried calling atleast 30-40 times and sent 5-6 mails for followups but no response from them yet. This is totally...

I have raised a complaint against leakage & shocking of geyser on 15-oct-19 customer care number my compliant number is [protected], is it dangerous for all person bathing, almost 11 days passed away no one resolve this issue i have regular follow up customer care number ever time communicated same reply, kindly look into matter and take the necessary action resolved the issue.
Kindly do the needful.
