On Aug 8th 2020 I purcshased an item Rs 779/-(#210231)from https://vediksaree.com as it not delivered till I contacted customer care number vediksaree +[protected] sunilraj to cancel the item, he checked all details and asked me to wait till he send one verification code to my phone number. Then I doubted if it's a verification code or opt that we should not share to anyone and keep on telling I cannot share this code, but he said...

I have ordered a saree in vediksaree.com on Aug 10th. It was a prepaid order and I paid Rs.849. I didnt receive the product and i dont have any information regarding the product. Received the message on the same day after the payment is made saying your order is confirmed and you will receive updates on your order details. But there is no progress and no order received. Tried to contact them through the email and phone number given. No one...

Brought 2 sarees worth total 2000, but got delivered complete different ones which not even costs 100 each and they are total different. When thought to contact for refund and return that website customer care they were not responding and also now replying to emails.
Now as i called that phone number is switched off.
Please help me in this issue...
