Please do not advise anyone to have nri bank account with icici.

I am banking with icici for more than 20 years and opened nee/nro account this year during may 2017 and still couldn't get otp in my international mobile number, despite repeated mails to nri cell, west mambalam, chennai branch, phone calls to branch, customer care, online chat.

No one is responsible for customer solutions and i am wondering how they got more business.

Better to have banking with nationalized banks even if their service is at par.

Tata Photon Plus Team,

I'm Tata Photon + customer from the last 6 years. l got this connection from Chennai and now i have moved to my native place. Soon i will be going out of country for long time and during this period i don't want to use Tata photon +.

I been trying to reach at the customer care but i'm not getting complete and proper information about the same. I been also calling at the Chennai tata photon, with no success. it is costing me the call charge as am calling from non tata phone.
