My sister's PAN Card ( Application no. [protected]) was dispatched by NSDL vide VELEX LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. Airway bill no. [protected]. When i visited their website i saw that they delivered my sister's PAN CARD 07 September 2022 to the wrong person or maybe they did a Fraud delivery. It is irresponsible on part of company deliver at wrong address.The is still not received. Please arrange the delivery of card and take appropriate action...

On August 16, the delivery boy of Velex logistics called and inquired about the location. Then he said that he will deliver the pancard tomorrow. After taking it, they put the status as door closed. Today, August 23, they have not delivered the pancard yet....

Sir, I had applied for PAN Card. Upon checking the delivery status, it is erroneously showing as having been delivered while I have not received the card at my address so far. Kindly arrange to check the actual status of the same and ensure that the card is delivered to me promptly....

I wondered to find the details of tracking that the Courier has been Picked up at Mumbai on 11th Jan '22 and took such a long duration to reach Vijayawada Hub by 21st Jan 22. Even after it reached the destination city, it has not been delivered till now.

The contact number of Velex Courier is never picked and answered. It's a puzzle to find how they could be contacted over phone.

Nsdl despatched my pan card by AWB [protected], it was delivered on October 1, 2021, i gone to work during delivery of my pan card, the delivery person had delivered it to my grandfather and asked for money, he said it will be delivered only if money is given..i'm extremely unsatisfied with velex courier...

we have a complaint with a courier company "velex logistics pvt. ltd. One of our courier containing a pan card was dispatched from NSDL PAN centre, pune on 31st July 2020 but up till now we didn't received the delivery of the courier even after 2 months.Whenever we try to track the courier with provided Air Way bill no.-[protected] than it shows that details provided by us are wrong.We mailed them 2-3 times for the enquiry...

I got a massage from vm-kerrye on 09/08/19, saying that "dear customer, your shipment from kotak bank sent through kerry indev express, awb:[protected], is out for delivery today. Call: kerry indev express - [protected]".

I supposed to receive my wife pan card from income tax department. They sent it on 23'dec through velex courier. It has reached at kukatpally branch, hyderabad on 27'dec.
