My PAN card was sent through Velex courier vide AWB No [protected] Ref. No.[protected]C1 Pick up date 18 Nov 2022, has not been delivered to me till date. Earlier it used to show the status upto 29 Nov 2022 but now it simply says 'Incorrect detail'....

They're showing that the card has been delivered but it's NOT, trying every single of their phone numbers and non to be picked its not lousy service its down right FRAUD

I applied for my Pan card a month back and when i checked for the status of deliver, it says it has been delivered but I haven't received the package. It has been delivered to the wrong person and there was no prior intimation to the provided contact information. This is very irresponsible and I need to know the details or atleast name of person who received the package for me....

I have not received my pan card yet which shipment was arrival on 17/10/2022 my nearest branch.
When I tracked the delivery status on courier service website today 19/10/2022 and it says your shipment is delivered on ( 18/10/2022 ), but no courier agent came to deliver to me yesterday ( 18/10/2022 ) .
Kindly consider my complaint and get my pan card deliver to my address....

I wondered to find the details of tracking that the Courier has been Picked up at Mumbai on 10th Aug '22 and takin such a long duration to reach Hubli Hub . Even after it reached the destination city, it has not been delivered till now.

The contact number of Velex Courier is never picked and answered.

Very poor service from Velex and I would rate it as '0' on a scale of '10'.

But till now I haven't received my pan card.

This courier company did not delevered my pan card yet they reported that they delevered it at 10/02/2022. And the AWB number is [protected]....

I name Nagesh my pan card was missed, i order physical pan card, it's cost 50rs, but it still not delivered....

I am p. Satyanarayana and I have applied for a new pan card. The NSDL dispatched it on May 2. And from may 7 it is stuck in Kukatpally office. The numbers are switched off. My AWB no is [protected]. How do I get the pan card delivered to my address. Try to do needful.
And I have also seen there are so many complaints Registered with this service company. Why can't the IT department take a serious note and change the courier service...

Hello, i applied for new PAN card on 18th Dec 2021 and PAN dispatched on 20-Dec-2021 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected].As per the tracking the PAN was supposed to deliver on or after 29th Dec 2021 but it was surprise that the PAN was sent back by Velex to their Hyderabad office on 1st Jan without informing the reason for sending back the PAN.
I tried to reach the Velex logistics in Visakhapatnam and...

Velex logistics is the worst courier service I have ever seen till now. My newly generated pan card was dispatched by NSDL through velex logistics pvt Ltd on 18 Oct 2021 . But it is undelivered till now. The delivery boy picks ups the call very rarely and if he answers the call he says it will be delivered by tomorrow but he didn't. It looks like that he doesn't have any pressure from company to deliver couriers on time...I am very tired...

I received a message that my PAN card has been delivered but I have not received it yet.That is urgently needed by me and it is such a important document.Velex is such a poor service company.I need my PAN card asap.plwase look into this matter and do not give responsibility of such important document to such a company....

My pan card was despatched from nsdl office on 31st jul 2020 by velex courier pvt ltd. (Awb no. [protected]). On 12th aug 2020 it's showing delivered, but i did not receive the same also the person's name showing at the place of recipient is completely unknown to us.

The company is highly irresponsible on account of delivery services, as even after providing an accurate information regarding my residence, they failed to deliver my pan card to now n text me on my number incomplete address. When i tried to contact the number provided by the company, they failed to pick my call up as the contract number provided to me by the courier services is always switched off.
