I have placed an order with the simplegadget.in for tablet phone for rs 2999/ and made payment by credit card through payu money...

Payumoney had credited the amount to vicebear.in

They have many other portal like simplegadget.in, storehall.in

No updation by them not replying to emails also....

I had ordered set of five T-shirts for 999 on July 6th, the amount was deducted from my account, but so far it has not been delivered. When I try to track the order via the message received on the email, it says the website doesn't exist. There's no customer care number where we can reach to check on this....

I have made credit card payment on 18/6/20 from insys bank towards purchase of Galaxy M21 - smartphone 6GB /128 GB _( Ravel Black) 48MP+8MP +5MP camera, 20 MP Front camera MRP :- Rs 9999.Today price :- Rs 2999

At the time of placing order I was promised delivery will be within one week from the date of booking . Now -
Till date mobile phone have not been not delivered from your end therefore refund my amount immediately...

Ordered a phone worth rs. 2999 through payu money but haven't seen a notification yet... First only ppl don't have money n ppl take advantage... Very disappointed...

On 14th July I have placed an online order for GenX Mobile phone and have made a payment of Rs 2999/- ( Rs Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninetynine only) through PayU Money. But it is regretted that I have neither received the order copy nor the mobile phone till date....

No confirmation of order. Google says such merchant name doesn't exist. Is it a fraud....

I had ordered the above item through AD_PAYUMN and my transaction id is[protected] for Rs. 999.00 and delivery was supposed to be within 4-5 working days. I haven't recd the item nor any communication from you even after making full payment and accepted by yourselves.
Can you please tell me when will I get my item?

Subsequently we have not received any receipt and also the delivery details.
Entire operation seems to be highly suspicious .
There are several complaints registered against the company.

I went to the site and purchased a smartphone vivo z1 pro sonic black and paid 2999 through pay online payment upi. The site looked genuine by the looks terms and conditions, return policy terms etc. The miner i transferred was also via secure gateway payu. I didn't get my order smartphone. I also email their customer support...
