My name is Thinagaran. I have used Videocon d2h. I had shifted trichy to Chennai city. This month last Sunday I was contact customer care [protected].I request him/her reinstall my set of box. end of the day evening service engineer came to my home and installed then fixed charges 300/- only. then I usually recharged fexi pack Rs.166/- activated my connection but next day no one channel does not view. immediately ask customer there reply fixed...

I have purchased lcd tv in the month of october 2014 under 5 year warranty,
Now tv is totally stopped working last 1 month back and still i am chasing for service and my tv is not replaced, i am loyal customer of videocon but now onward i never suggest any one to go with videocon, they are playing with the emotion and feeling of customer.

videocon chrgng me excess chrgs. for sms, i dd spl. rechrg of 18rs for 1ps sms pack but they crgng me 1rs per sms. ther exctv said no excess cutng done. whnevr i contect vhelp the told the systm on upgradtn. no perfct answr and no soltn. ctune chrg debtd from my acnt but ctune yet not actvted. nobdy entrtng my complnts. no netwrk covrg. gprs discnct after few few mints. all vcon servcs taklif wali hai. plz hlp....

I had purchase color TV with DVD No.[protected] and 33SAM respectively on 6.11.2006 from Authorised dealer: Satguru Enter Prisess, Jawahar Raod, Nizamabad Dist. A.P. The said T.V. color was not dispalyed from 12.8.2007 I had registered complaint nearest Authorised Dealer on 13.8.2007. The Service Enginer was visted on 15.8.07. After checked TV found defect IC was failed and it will be repalced and told it will be done within (10)...
