i have a mediclaim policy with max bupa ins co, policy no 2096482. there was a claim all nessary paper are sent to tpa vipul med corp on 10 june 2014. in gurgaon. there is no reply itill now.whether they recieved or not. i have admit my mother to network hospital and inform 2 insurance company and TPA by email.
