I have been placed on-line order to 'viral deal web site, on 08/01/2018 as product as mentioned below for supply of 'refurbished redmi note4 lucky by chance sale worth rs 2, 749/-. Accordingly above firm has received my one line payment and order generated vide viraldeal - order [protected] on 08/01/2018.
2. Above firm has delivered the product to my home address through courier. Aramex.com vide no [protected] on...

I think the company is fake. As there are lot of complaints online about the company and the order placed by people. According to the customers they haven't received the product though the order was placed 15days ago. Also there are no messages from the company towards the shipment of product.
