Hi i received a not working no battery women's painless facial hair remover (Order no. Vds444143). The customer care is not responding neither to phone calls nor to any mails. Everyone should report this website and take it down before it cheats more customers and give out fake and faulty products. Be clever guys. Don't get cheated by viral deals they are fake....

I have purchased two items vide order number vds442964 from viral deals, but in this one item i. E star shower motion laser light is showing only red colour and not showing green colour while working. Required to replace the item at the earliest or refund the money....

Hi i have order one product and received the same on 10.12.2019, i was trying to call the customer support number mentioned online but its always busy, and once in a while i phone rings then other moment its switched of, i have sent one email to support as well, but no response. Worst customer experience will never advise anyone to buy any product....

Fed up with mailing and calling viral deals team. Ordered one handy sewing machine they charged 1499/- and when i enquired about that they are telling i placed for two. And the same day i mailed a cancellation request for the product and they didn't replied for 3days and after that gave a reply telling i cannot cancel the product after shipment..
