I have ordered a kurta last month, got an email afterwards but didn't received the package till date.. Trying to contact them but their num is coming switched off nd even not replying to the mails..
I have also paid them the price of kurta as they do not have the option of cod
Also attaching the screenshots of the mail and the text message i have received from them....

I ordered 3 jumpsuits from vista clothes to which they called and said that your order will be delivered in 15 days. They did not give any tracking number for the shipment and it's been more than a month my order is pending. I tried mailing them, calling them but no response from that site. And now they have removed the site as well. It is a completly fraud website but i can give you the details of the bank account to which the money was...

I have ordered for a lehanga in vista clothes but i have not received the item yet. I have tried contacting the customer service but they have not replied. Unable to get into the website also. I have paid the amount of rs 610 online. Please block the website from facebook and in other sites also. People are continously getting deceived by this merchant. How i get my money back... Please help me...

Had made an online purchase on april 10 of amount 1194 from vistaclothes, amount has already been deducted from my account but not received the products yet. I had ordered for 3kurtis which in the website had shown would be delivered within 7-10 days. Payment id is pay_chopkfonzbcm5g

I ordered 2 tops & 2 dresses from vistaclothes sites after being redirected from a facebook ad on 27th march, 2019. I made the payment through my debit card and gave my office address for delivery of the products. I got a message on the same day with the order number #10027 and a helpline number ([protected]). A person called me confirming my order. Then when i got no news of my delivery of the products or no alert messages, i wrote a mail...

I have placed a order of rs 635 for lehnga on 27 march 2019 and i have done online payment. And also they send me a sms of confirmation of order. For about 20 april 2019 they show that the request is processing. But after that their website is not available. I have also sent them two mail for either deliver my order fast or refund my money but they do not gave any reply. I want my 635 rupees back. Plz help...

I ordered some clothes from the website assuming they are cheaper compared to other online stores. I received a call saying it will be delivered on 15th april but there is no trace of delivery neither any acknowledgement. It seems like a scam. They are promoting themselves by offering lucrative prices on various social media sites. They should be banned completely....

But i have not got the order yet neither got t their customer care number to enquire deatils nor the ordered dresses and its almost going to be a month and no update on the orders yet. I have ordered clothes from this site a month back. I have got a call for confirmation from their side saying we will deliver your product before 14th april. But i have not received my order yet, and now that number is not in service, not getting any reply from the mail also. This is such a ridiculous behaviour. Such kind of fraud people should face the music so that no more people could think of doing this. They should be behind the bar...

The order is not traceable and the number provided at the time of booking is also switched off...
Also no one replies on the email..
When we log in on the website the order status is shown as processing..
It is a fraud company website with no intention of processing the order placed..
They are just after collecting the money fraudulently via the shopping site..

I had ordered a top from this website on 16th of april 2019, the website promised delivery by within 12-13 days, however the order status just shows "processing" and has not been shipped at all. The provided customer contact number responds switched off and no one replies to the emails. This is a fraud website and must be immediately suspended from further business and forced to refund the payment amount.

I ordered 3 kurtis worth rs1235 on 18april 2019, i got a msg and mail both about the confirmation but the no given in message is switched off, they do not even reply the mail. And now can't even browse the website. Showing an not exist warning.
I googled it and found so many complaints against the website, even truecaller showing it a fake vistaclothes....

On march 29th i have ordered clothes worth rs. 789. Next day a guy called and told that they will be delivering the products by 13th. Now im unable to reach them over phone or cant track my courier. Their number is saying to be diverted and there is no other contact in website. Seems like a fraud. Kindly take a strict action against these ppl so that ppl wont get cheated....

I had ordered a dress worth rs 300 from vistaclothes. Firstly, i was in a bit of doubt about the price as it was at a really cheap rate. Second thing which i noticed was there is no cod option. You have to pay by card or netbanking only. Thirdly, at th time of checkout when we get otp, the payment is asked to be made in favor of shri hari real estate which i actually realised later after the payment was made.

Vistaclothes fake h. Humne order place kiya tha.. Uske baad hume sms aaya ki aapka order 13 se 14 dino me aap tak pahuch jayega. Aur confirmation call bhi aaya tha... Ki aapka order aapko 13 din me mil jayega. Uske baad bhi humne call kiya to bole ki aap ka order jald se jald pahuch jayega... Phir jab humne order karne k five days k baad call kiya to wo phone number nahi mil raha h... Switch off hai.
