Vovinet Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I am complaining about vovinet as they are not providing any issue resolution because of which we are not able to connect to the wifi services from last 2 weeks. We registered a complaint by calling them on 11th july 2016 but instead of resolving it, they are just delaying it daily by one day. On calling them on a regular basis from that day onwards, they answer that it will be resolved by tomorrow. But their tomorrow never comes. Please...

I have been using Vovinet since 5 months but if I added up the number of days I have used the broadband then it can't be more than 30 days. They just forget u once they provide the connection, oh sorry, they remember u to remind for renewal. Vovinet is the worst service provider I have come across till date. My connection is down since 2 weeks....
