I had purchase reliance netconnect+ online from vriti infocomm on sunday 04/03/2012 after that nobody had came for the activation, even after calling to them they don't even pick up my phone and when they do so they just give the excuses. Now its about a week no respond from them. Please help me to refund my amount of rs.2523/- Which I had paid online.

On 29th June 2011, I bought Reliance Net-connect broadband+ device from http://www.connectindia.in/ . I got the device from free home delivery .
That day I have given all necessary documents (Xerox copy of electric bill,driving licence,pan card...

I have purchased the new data card (TATA PHOTON ON 03/NOV/2010) from VRITI INFOCOM trough online. but as they promised it is not activated within 4 hours. I called to TATA call center where i came to know that it will tajke atleat 72 hours cos ur documentation or other formalties is not completed....for the activation. VRITI IS NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME AND USING UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR ON THE CALL. IT IS A FRAUD CASE DONE BY VRITI INFOCOM...

Unfortunately I had bought a data card from Vriti Infocom and the experience has been pathetic.
I purchased it on 4th of march 10 ( Mayank from Vriti called us to tell about the scheme of Reliance data card) & the represenatative from Vriti told that the card will be activated within 18 hrs.But my card is not activated till date ( 12th March 10).
