Hi i have started selling on snapdeal under the company name enn ell enterprises and since 13th sept no pickup has been done from vulcan and all my orders are pending to be picked up.. I have already raise disputes on snapdeal but still no action taken. If my orders get cancelled who is responsible for the same as i have done everything from my side to fulfill my orders efficiently. The service provider is at fault immensely and i is providing...

I ordered a phone on 24th july 2018 from airtel online store. They couried it through vulcan express, the last update is on 25th where it says it has reached mohali and processing for two days, i live in mohali and still no calls or delivery attempt from the courier service nor any update. They dont even have a customer care no. No way to contact them...

Hi i have booked an iphone 5s from snapdeal. No order number is [protected]. They promised that they deliver in two days my date came but they didnt delivered my product. Im not able to track my order also. They gave me a tracking number which is invalid. My tracking number :jvlsd[protected]. It is coming that the tracking number you have entered is invalid. The customer service is irresponsible. The vulcan service is worst....

Actually i have ordered two products from snapdeal which were supposed to deliver by vulcan express on 23rd of september 2016. i had received my first product within time but my second product is not received yet, on top of that the vulcan express, pune sent me messages that order is canceled as we have receive a phone call to cancel the order which was fake ! the product is 4 days late and they are just giving reasons and not delivering...
