Sir, i ordered micromax canvas 5 from snapdeal with the order number [protected]. When i recieved it was damaged. I then requested the company for replacement the executive of vulcan reached at my place i returned my parcel but till now i have not got any details about my product i. E.7th november the date when i ordered my mobile. And i returned on 14th november. Plzz resolve my problem as early as possible....
