From day one of booking Tata Nexon from Tata Motors, I am facing problems. Instead of November, 2022, delivery of Tata Nexon XZ+ (MH 01 EF 2522) took place on 09th February, 2023 i.e. also follow up with Wasan Motors.

Now the issue is that within 8 months of brand new car delivery, suddenly on 23rd October, 2023 when the driver was trying to start the car, it did not start. (Everyday I am using the car). I called the toll-free...

I have purchased this car from Wasan motors 5 years ago. Each time the car goes for servicing it never returns in time.

This time the car was sent for repairs on 24th Nov. 2022 and there has not ONE single call from Wasan motors' end. Despite calls to various individuals, there is absolutely no response! This is shocking.

Please address this issue....
