we purchased a R.O water filter on 24-08-08 in varanasi.After completion of one year when I contacted the local city office for enquiry regarding the maintainance and other related charges.Today the technical staff visited our house and after measuring the T.D.S level of our supply ( which is 274) water informed us that we have been wrongly advised and are using wrong membrane filter which is advised for the areas having supply...
