We booked a function venue via weddingz.in in patna. But due to COVID restrictions the function had to be rescheduled to next year. After speaking to the venue manager, he agreed for the same. Now they are not responding to the calls....

I got married on 20th nov 2019. I have hired photographer and video grapher from weddingz.in to cover my marriage and reception both events.
First they did not provide me photos. After asking around 1 month they provide me photos. Then i have asked for video then after 10-12 days i got the edited video which was total of around 30 mins only. Fpr the reception they have only 4 mins of video so i have asked them to give me raw video...

I was hire a photographer (Claymark studio) and photographer name is fahim from wedding.in for my sister wedding on 4th dec'2017 and i have made the full payment but they still didn't provide photo graph i fedup to follow up from them. They didn't pickup my call if some time they picked the call then they said i will provide you in two day but they didn't... Then they will not pickup my call... I fully frustrated...
