I HAVE ORDERED AND RECEIVED A MINI LAPTOP THROUGH NAPTOL BY RS. 6298 IN JANUARY ,2012 .ITS BATTERY HAS BEEN DAMAGED NOW ON MAY 2012 .IT IS RUNNING WHEN IT IS IN CHARGING POSITION ,WITHOUT CHARGING IT IS NOT TURNED ON .AFTER BOUGHT I COULDNOT USE IT USE IT PROPERLY .SO I WANT THE MONEY BACK FROM NAPTOL OR WESPRO .IT COST ME 5999/-+299(FREIGHT)=TOTAL 6298/-.

micromax modem is not working

I shri Jitendra Ku. Sahoo received a mini laptop last week from Naptol marketing through byphone and pastal. Which Order No. is - 3246793 dt. 15.01.2012 , and model is NS722 . but in this laptop my micromax modem is not suppot and not working for browsing internet facilities. So I request you to suggest me throug my E-mail ID i.e '' munu.bantol @gmail .com'' , or my mob. NO. [protected]...

Receiving parcel but empty(contains two books)

It is from order No. 2216547. Parcel was received and opened in the eyes of the Post Office workers but nothing like wespro mini laptop was found except two books. As a result, I called the customer care of yours but did not give proper response so, I again sent a complaint letter along with recommendations from Police and Post Office. But I feel that you neglect my complaint because I have not received any response from your company. So...

not working proper & no service centre

I have bought one wespro mini laptop behalf of naaptol bachat bazar my order no is 2046535, but iam not satisfied this products,this is a not laptop only for notebook so my requirment is not clar not working in USB Slot and not support net data card . my request is pls refund my paments .iam sending your products in your wire house so throw corrier.
