I was ordered a long kurti and a saree through this vwestern online shopping app... After confirmation mail thare is jo response for the orders... The mail id gives in the app was also fake... I was send 10- 15 msgs from this mail id... But there is no response about my order... I was spent 1098 rupees for shopping through this website......

I have ordered a dress on 26th January 2019 for which i have paid INR 329.
The message after payment state that product will be delivered in 13 days. But its still not been deliverd to me.

I have ordered two products from this site on 21st january and it said that it will be delivered within twenty days. Since that day i have not received any email or text from the company regarding my order. I waited that it mightbhave been delayed but its been twenty days aand no information regarding my order has been communicated and i am feeling cheated and want refund of my payment. Please see to this matter....

I have given the order of one Saree on 24 Jan 19. I already paid the amount. Then I have received the message your order has been successfully placed with order no 55413 and it will be delivered within 15 days. But till now I have not received the item. I have done two to three mails to him but they have not give the reply. His phone number is also fraud. Please do something to refund my amount....

I have ordered a kurtha of rs.370 on 24th january. They mailed that i will receive the product on 30th january. But ihave not get the product till. What shall i do. My order no is 63845. I have called many times to the no provided by them on the site but the number is not responding. How can i get my money back.. Please take any action.

I purchased 3386 rupees cloths from western club online shopping with order number 60458 on 23 january 2019.
There is nothing avlbl on website and customer care number is wrong its unavlbl i sent an email but no reply yet

Please help and try to refund my hard earn money and why government allow to do so, they must be punished.
There should be some rules in online banking to get it refunded in a week if there is...
