I am afrequent traveller from mumbai to surat/vadodara and ahmedabad. I always purchase ticket well in advance to avoid discomfort.
But nowadays it has become common tendency of public of purchasing waiting list ticket and travelling in reserved coaches and causing problems for other passenger
what kind of action are railway authority taking to stop this.
this is a common practice...

It is painful to observe that overhead fans are not functioning in the new trains introduced in the last two years in many of the compartments. Kindly, looking into summer fast approaching, arrange to repair the overhead fans and ensure air circulation to overcome the heat aggravated by the usual crowd.

It has been enforced by the WR that sky walk users using the railway facility to come from Bandra(East) to Bandra(West) is required to have platform ticket. On[protected], at Maninagar Rly. station, I was charged with a fine of Rs. 285/- for merely not signing my Monthly Season Ticket(MST). The amount of fine is equal to that taken from ticketless travellers whereas I had made the payment but merely not signed my MST. My photograph was also stuck all right on my ID card with the Rly. authority stamp across it. Is not signing the MST equal to a crime of ticketless travel? Please do the needful....
