On 11th aug 2018 i booked honda activa for 12th aug 2018 for 1 day & made the payment of rs.375 as daily rental. The booking was succesful & i got the booking confirmation & also about the payment received with contact person details. But when i called the given contact person he was not picking up the call even afters hours & not even calling back. At last he picked up the call & said activa is not available & i will get my refund back....

I have booked 2 bikes today 12.30am and then just after half an hour i tried cancelling the booking but it didnt get cancelled. Also i tried to call to the customer support number which is supposed to be available but didnt get any response. Now i didnt use the service at all and i am being charged rs.1178 simply. Its totally unfair when a customer is not using the service how could they charge him with the entire amount. And while morning...
