I bought a new broadband connection of wi5 in jun 1st week. After 1 week its stopped working and when I tried to reach local office,i checked its off from 25 days. I contacted them through online. I did not check its office.

Now ppl says its fake company company has shut down.I have submitted 4 months money in advance.please help me get my money back.

wi5 broadband is the fraud company that has been cheating many of its customers...the internet connection is dead for almost 7 days til now that is frm 18jun13 and the date today is 24th jun13 . still the problem is not resolved by them..and when i visited the city office at medavakkam they are sitting very cool and sleeping..none of the workers over there are doing there jobs.they don't care for ther customers. for most of the days...

This is Venkatesh M from Medavakkam, chennai. I was using the network Wi5. Since it is prepaid network I paid advance amount of 2800.
Which is valid from Apr 2013 to Jun 2013. It worked properly for 15 days, after that i did not get any network connection from them.
I called the call center number, there is no proper response from them. Even I contacted the wi5 team which is there in medavakkam but still...

Iam from villivakkam . I raised a complaint with Wi5 on last Monday[protected] as my internet is down . I connected to Wi5 10 days before.Last 8 days i am having problem as Internet explorer cannot display the page . I have spoken more than 10 times with customer care .Every time they keep saying the issue will be addressed today but still no one contacted me regarding the issue.

I am using Wi5 connection for past 9 months. From initial 3 months connection is good. after that i am getting lot of problem on WI5. One of the WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD IS WI5. THEY ARE VERY WORST PEOPLES THEY ARE DOING MONEY SCANDALS WITH INDIAN PEOPLES.

FOR PAST 2 WEEKS I TRIED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER NO ONE WILL RESPOND THE CALL. SO ONE WILL HEAR MY PROBLEM. VERY NIGHTMARE .

I had paid Rs. 4029 for a new connection of internet broadband of a company named 'wi5' which included Rs.999 as installation charge and Rs. 3030 as charge for 3 months internet in advance. I would like to inform you that Wi5 company has been providing me horrible service for the last 3 months. I am a subscriber from Goa having 1Mbps connection but they are providing of not even 256Kbps. Please see the attachment if you think this is untrue.

this is sunil from guntur. i have started an internet cafe on 24th dec 2010 and took wi5 internet connection with 2mbps.At the time of installation they had promised me that the speed will be 2mbps.but from 1 and half month iam facing a lot of trouble with the connection. no signal,poor service, customer care is totally waste so you don't buy this wi5 particularly your money is gone! any time ask ping -t than start run type this ping customers is always wi5 workers u give money and get wi5 labour....
